





The fifth Vietnam Economist Annual Meeting (VEAM)

VEAM brings together social scientists and PhD students from Vietnam and all over the world to exchange their ideas on management and economics. The meeting provides an opportunity to initiate a worldwide network of Vietnamese economists and other social scientists, expand and consolidate cooperation in scientific researches. It is an opportunity for Vietnamese universities, economics and management schools, governmental agencies and companies to experience, first hand, economic and management researches of Vietnamese scholar community all over the world. The meeting will include a variety of other activities, including informal discussions, presentations by leading international economists, and honor audience.
The three keynote speakers for VEAM 2012 are:
1. Professor Alban Thomas, Toulouse School of Economics (LERNA), INRA, France.
2. Professor Jean-Michel Grandmont, International University of Venice, Italy.
3. Professor Ngo Van Long, McGill University, Canada.
Summer School in Environmental Economics
The HANOI WATER RESOURCES UNIVERSITY (WRU), PARIS SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS, TOULOUSE SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS ( LERNA-INRA) and VCREME are pleased to announce the first Summer School in Environmental Economics for postgraduate students, lecturers and researchers.
